The "Hold-a-Phone" (pat. pend. 60/502,188) is a universal cell phone holder worn on the wrist or arm which can accommodate any cell phone up to 5 inches. The cell phone slides into a zippered pocket, has a clear plastic face, adjustable wrist band, openings for antenna and earphone wires at both ends of the holder so that the cell phone can be inserted in either direction, and perforations for talking and listening through the holder. By having an adjustable wristband you can wrap the holder around a belt or handbag strap, and alternatively the Hold-a-Phone can be used for carrying other necessities. Active people like runners, bicyclists, skiers, skaters, using at the gym, relaxing at the beach, and parents walking their children have realized carrying a cell phone can be awkward, cumbersome, and inaccessible on a belt, in a pocket, briefcase, purse, or fanny pack.
