UPS 7 day inspection period:
When you receive your rocker, please be sure to inspect it to make sure that it was not damaged in shipment. You have 7 days from delivery to contact UPS to claim damages in shipment or to contact us for any non-shipping related issues. UPS will pick up any damaged shipment that is reported to UPS. Please also let us know when this has been done so we can arrange to send out a replacement.
If there is a defective issue unrelated to the shipping, contact us immediately and we will exchange it for the same style or for a similarly priced baby rocker or have a replacement sent out.
