The versatile Cream/blue Multi-Purpose Grater Set can be used for wet or dry items:
For Wet items:

For Garlic:
Peel the garlic clove
Simply place a garlic clove in the middle of the peeler, roll it under the palm of your hand, until you hear a “crushing” sound and out comes the peeled garlic!
Grate the garlic
Moisten or lightly oil the surface of the grater. Hold the garlic clove between your thumb and index finger with the root pointing up and the tip pointing down. Grate the garlic over the bottom of the dish (there is no difference between circular movements or back and forth). As the pulp forms, gather it in the middle of the dish with the help of the brush. Work from the outside to the inside, and as you do the pulp will form into a ball. Simply turn the dish upside down and all the pulp will fall out!
ALSO GRATE DRY PRODUCTS
Grate the dry product (chocolate, parmesan cheese, nuts, etc…) over the bottom of the dish, using circular movements or back and forth.
