With the large digital read-out and one-button operation, it's easy to achieve an accurate reading every time. The heat resistant, ABS plastic thermometer casing is shatterproof and features a sure-grip handle with temperature guide so you'll know how long to cook your meats.

The stainless steel tines are almost 4 inches long, perfect for measuring any cuts of meat, poultry or fish. The bbq fork thermometer will hold up to 8 pounds of meat. A loop on the end of the handle lets you hang the thermometer when not in use. The fork thermometer requires two AAA Alkaline batteries.
