Return Policy:
We limit returns to 30 days for exchange or refund for defective merchandise. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise, such as our free shipping offers. Returns of products where free shipping was offered at the point of sale will be charged the shipping fee if returned for a refund.
Also, we cannot accept non-defective returns for a refund on products that are used on the face, body or mouth. These products include but are not limited to: Flowbee, Genisphere, Shavers and Trimmers, etc. These items have often been most subject to return abuse where a customer where use them and then send back for a refund without legitimate cause.
Rockabye Rockers (baby rockers) can be returned for exchanges only – no refunds.
Inspection reminder: UPS 7 day inspection period: When you receive your rocker, please be sure to inspect it to make sure that it was not damaged in shipment. You have 7 days from delivery to contact UPS to claim damages in shipment or to contact us for any non-shipping related issues. UPS will pick up any damaged shipment that is reported to UPS. Please also let us know when this has been done so we can arrange to send out a replacement.
If there is a defective issue unrelated to the shipping, contact us immediately and we will exchange it for the same style or for a similarly priced baby rocker or have a replacement sent out.

These policies have been set to ensure that we will be able to offer great products to you at the lowest possible price. As always we are consistently evaluating products to ensure they are of high quality and meeting the claims advertised, so that returns shouldn't be a problem.
